Oats, natural yogurt, cinnamon, swap in blueberries, banana or raspberries ( and sometimes I add chia seeds and flax seeds too)

Batch make some banana muffins for the week and enjoy with some fresh strawberries, blueberries and raspberries and fresh juice or tea/ coffee... Muffin recipes are very forgiving so if you need to swap in or out ingredients due to allergies or preferences you should have something you can enjoy

If you were to take those points into consideration where would you even begin?! You have a budget, spend it how you like. For my own well being a calorie= a calorie is just fine for me. I eat as well as I can and am seeing steady results. Good luck with your amended plan.

Have you checked for hypothyroidism? If I don't take my pills I literally cannot eat enough, my body needs more. Also check what you are eating, is your body getting nourishment from what you are eating? Or is it empty calories? Are your macros on target? And as always drink water- 2-3 litres each day. I find if I don't…

Swap in some veggies instead of fruit? I like crunchy snacks like carrot, red peppers and recently started on mini cucumbers

Same here, it's really tough but your health and wellbeing are more important and your good friends will understand  Arrange things you can do together that aren't food and drink related like the cinema (I just get a cup of tea), walks or bike rides and ...well, everyone loves shopping!! Things like birthdays etc…

Nothing wrong with being 'obsessed' with calories!! Just make sure you are obsessed with tracking and staying as close to your allowance as possible... instead of obsessed with how little you can eat. Your food choices will help you to be satisfied and not be hungry so eat nutrient food rich foods to support your body and…

A portion is a handful- for example a handful of strawberries would be a portion. Dried fruit however is half a handful for a portion.

It sounds like an allergic reaction! I would go to the dr. Eat homemade vegetable or chicken soup something really easy to digest in the mean time (eat less processed high fat high sugar products) Good luck :)

It's doable!! Lots of water and of walks....and if you can manage it try couch to 5 k which is a free running app designed to increase your heart rate and metabolism by interval walk/ run for 30 mins 3x per week. Def worth a go! Let us know how you get on :)
-
Exactly this. Weightloss is not quick and is not consistent keep going and if you stick to it the results will show. Remember to drink 2ltrs water per day that really helps mine shift. Good luck!!

I was going to say could be thyroid but if they checked that then it could be your body still fighting the cold infection, up your vitamins and stay hydrated. I hope you feel better :)

The calorie deficit has been complicated too much for me and takes things out of real terms into ww terms. Keep things simple, have control and access to a huge selection of material on here and it's free. If you have an Internet connection and scales then see how you get on here!
