Body bloats soon after eating what to do?

I've noticed that soon after I eat anything.... My body gets heavy and bloats everywhere.
At 9:02am I ate eggs, bob evans sausage, and 2 small butter biscuits... My body didn't freak out and bloat that bad! But I did notice some little bloating...
At 1:46pm I ate a polish sausage on a hot dog bun... w/ mustard and ketchup. After eating, I start feeling my body and noticed my far upper back (trapezius, neck, and shoulders) were puffy and fat . Prior to this meal, those areas were flat, I was able to feel my bone. Although I am not defined yet... but still was able to feel my bones. But after eating, the bones was covered with fat.
At 6:12pm I ate some boneless hot wings from Pizza Hut. Immediately after eating... I notice I had a double chin, where before I didn't... My neck bones were no longer visible they were covered with fat skin that I was able to pull... My back rolls were bloated and so is my arms.
I was tracking and logging calories last year, I was eating clean... No fast food, no junk food or soda... And I was active. I lost a lot of inches more so than weight. I don't remember bloating so bad, unless I wasn't paying attention and wasn't obsessed as I am now... then depression came back and fell back into a bad diet and dont even track or log anymore. There are days I won't even eat but once due to emotional reasons, and then my body remains flat just from not eating one day and laying around. I look small and my neck is defined the way I want it. Then the next day I will eat poor and dont even pay attention to what I'm eating. Then that's when everything bloat out of proportion. Is my body broken? My hormones are always out of whack... so don't know if it all plays a role.
I will be getting back on track soon... but I just wanted to know why do I bloat in those areas I mention?
When I get back on track... I want to be able to maintain my weight and my look. Any advice?

At a glance, my thoughts are too much sodium or possible too many starchy carbs?0

Thank you for the reply. That could be the case... I'm just confused to it all, and is just trying to get my body back on track. I feel like before any dieting I was eating way worse and my body didn't seem like it was bloating this bad.0 -
It sounds like an allergic reaction! I would go to the dr.
Eat homemade vegetable or chicken soup something really easy to digest in the mean time (eat less processed high fat high sugar products)
Good luck

Sodium daily content. What was it? Open your log? Drink water to help flush this out.0

I think it could be an allergy or a food sensitivity too.
Food sensitivity symptoms can appear within minutes to up to three days later and can be very hard to pin point. It took me almost 40 years to figure out that I had celiac disease partially for that reason. I would be bloated after waffles, eggs, whatever, with it generally getting worse as the day went on.
You might want to do some research into food sensitivities and see a doctor. Frequent bloating is not normal. You seem to be reacting to something.0 -
Yeah that happens to me daily. After eating ANYTHING. Even drinking anything other than water bloats me. It's a side effect of my IBS. I second those that said you should see a dr about sensitivities.0

Might be an allergy. Did you fix the problem with your issue? Is there a specific diet that keeps from bloating?0 -
I agree, you should see a Dr. I also agree, sodium could be an issue. All of your meals sounded high sodium, not just sodium but nitrites, at that.0

I see a lot of sodium in the foods you just mentioned, breakfast sausage, sausage then wings. You say when you dont eat junky food you dont bloat as much.
Why dont you make an effort to spend a few days eating whole foods/minimally processed/low sodium and see if you bloat less. But the areas that you are noticing what sounds like extreme bloating/swelling is what seems odd to me. So..... Sounds like you are in for an elimination plan to find the culprit. I wish you luck! And I agree- see a doctor.

No I can't fix it. Everything I eat triggers my ibs except for a handful of very bland foods. So I take medication to ease the symptoms. It doesn't really help the bloating though.
IBS is irritable bowel syndrome. I've had it since I was like, 8 years old?0
