My tween daughter wanting to “style” me for the day and me having to explain that the dresses she picked out of my closet are too small for me currently... I’ve been stuck at a stage of not fitting my nice clothes but not wanting to buy bigger ones for awhile now. Can’t wait to fit my whole wardrobe again!

Eating more and knocking your body out of starvation mode might really help. Any extra exercise you can add to your daily routine, even 10 min, just to change things up?
