I like doing back to back classes I seem to perform better that way god knows why, at my gym the combats and rpm always clash though so haven't tried all 3 together. Did do pump combat then Zumba Thursday which was great and slept like a baby.

I do a back to back body pump and body combat and by the end am sweating hard and exhausted. I'm doing a pump then spin class this Saturday only my second spin class hated the first one but am going to persevere with it. I usually have a lucozade between classes.

Cheese and lots of it any kind the stronger and smellier the better, and energy drinks but I'm slowly cutting them out.

Hi guys I need some tips when I do my work outs in the evening I don't like to eat my dinner before I go, but am seriously lacking an energy boost after a day at work then dragging my booty to the gym, any suggestions of a light snack to munch, And please no banana tips yuck. Thanks guys.

I do pump 3 times a week and is my favourite class, watch your technique and when it starts feeling comfortable up you're weights. I do combat as well and love that aswell. Trying a spinning g class this week.

Thank you, I've been living off the Xmas leftovers, first proper shop next week and figure I'm just going to buy more fruit veg and less crap then I won't be tempted to eat it, my 13yr old won't be to happy , but have said if he wants treats that's fine but has to keep them in his room.
