This is the story of my weight loss I exercise my a**e of and wasn't seeing any loss, I lowered my calories and only eat back exercise calories very occasionally, and this seems to be working.

Well I made a gorgeous chorizo/tomato/veg sauce and fried the polenta. Loved the sauce not so sure on the polenta think it was the texture that put me off. Oh well I have a few more recipes to try.

Definetly stay away from the scales, I have got rid of mine and now only weigh at the gym same time every week. I took photos and measurements and check them once a month, Even though I'm not losing weight I can see my shape is changing and the inches dissapering. Stick with it. X

its so frustrating I do between 6-8 exercise classes a week always work my hardest,i walk everywhere, track all my food, have made major lifestyle changes (quit drinking) and the weight just wont shift, don't know what else I can do.

i usually pinch my sons school sports bag, gym card, deodorant, towel, lip balm, tissues, chewing gum, spare headphones, pound coin (for lockers) 50p for weighing scales. a notebook and pen (handy for when I change weights or anything) shower and hair wash if showering at gym. Well apart from feeling a bit of a plonker skipping in the garden in the very early morning wearing hat gloves and my super warm onesie , yeah it was ok have managed 3 mins continuos harder than I thought but good.
