Ok have purchased a skipping rope didn't buy a pricey one incase i don't like it, do you know off a programme I can follow or a training plan of any sort. Thanks in advance.

The gym I use is a ten min walk, there is another about 30 minute walk which is cheaper, but knowing myself I know I wouldn't want to walk there in the cold/rain etc. I may be paying a little more but I'm using it daily without having to convince myself to go.

Having to have the seat restraint on a roller coaster physically pushed down by an attendant., mortifying. Not fitting in to nice clothes. Not being able to walk in high heels. I'm not as tall 5.9 and a bit, and need to lose about 100 LB , the advantage of being tall no one can ever believe how much I actually weigh, so must carry it well.

Before I started exercising it was between 4 and 6 pounds, but this month I stayed the same weight beginning to end don't know if new exercise regime ha made a difference.

I love pump I do it 3 times a week at my local gym also love combat which I do twice a week. I feel great after doing them.

Morning everyone, well today is my weigh in day and i am dreading it, I have absolutely worked my hardest this week for my first weigh in for the challenge. Only to be hindered by Mother Nature boo hoo. Will still weigh though I guess will be good to know how my weight changes this week. Will update later.

I do about the same of each class, pump you use weights with lots of reps, but still gets you're heart rate up. I really feel a difference with it. I think a good mix if the 2 is perfect as you then get lots or cardio and some strength and toning work. Good luck.
