Hi having tried my first metafit class last night I tried log it but found nothing even looking under HIIT. I don't have a hrm. What could I log it under?
For some reason I picked up a block of polenta when shopping, I have no idea what to do with it. Savoury/sweet not a clue. Any suggestions appreciated as I don't want to waste it.

I have just been going through my sky box and realised I may have a slight addiction to weight loss programmes like biggest loser, obese a year to save my life. Etc. do people find these programmes motivating or not ?
I've just started the squat challenge today and have tried to put it exercise does it come under cardio or strength. Can't find it in cardio and don't know how to work out calories burned to add it. any help appreciated.
