I've seen more posts about the military diet in the last week than I have in the entire time I've been on MFP. Yes, I've tried the military diet. Twice. Gained the weight back both times. It's not sustainable. At all. It's miserable & low calorie.

Yep! Exact same happened to me. It was when I lost my first 20lbs. Always cold!!
-
Probably true I guess but I had a diet soda today & have done nothing but eat all day long. Really craving sugar too. Ugh. No more diet soda for me. Plus I've been bloated. I guess I'm one of those it just won't work for.

WOWZERRRR!!!!! You go for it girl! That is an AMAZING difference.

Tonight will be my 3rd day on level 2. It is so hard  I sweat even more on level 2 than I did on level 1 & I didn't know that was possible. Can't even imagine what level 3 is like.
-
Same for me in the beginning. I had to lose about 20lbs before I could see a difference. During that time, watching the scale numbers go down was the only thing to keep me going.
-
I just left the movies. I snuck in a bag of cape cod bbq chips. Whole bag was 190 calories. Also brought a bottle of water.

I don't really do a whole lot of substituting. I started drinking light almond milk rather than regular milk (2%) I eat almond butter rather than peanut butter. That's really about it. If I crave something bad enough I just go ahead & eat it & make sure I fit it into my calorie goal.

Pictures. Because I've become negatively obsessed with the scale. I get excited when I see I've lost some but if I check the next day & have gained even the slightest bit, it ruins my whole day. Stupid scale

Same! Oatmeal is definitely my go to food for lasting hunger satisfaction. I add blueberries, honey, or banana to mine.

I'm on day 3 of level 2. I started it because I had hit a plateau. In the 13 days that I've been doing this dvd, I've already lost 2lbs. It's a great workout.

10 more pounds to go. 185 down to 155.
-
5'6.75" from 185lbs to 155lbs. About 10 more pounds to go.
-
185lbs in the dress (plus I was wearing spanx) 155lbs in the green shirt. Still trying to lose about 10lbs.

LOL! I don't hate her because all the talking she does actually kind of motivates me. I get what you mean though. For whatever reason I always cracked up on level one when she said "I could always use a good chest fly in my life." I really don't know why it tickles me so much but I laughed every time. Started level 2…

I did it. Twice. Gained the weight back both times. Shocker. No, don't do it.

I've lost 30lbs since January. I'm about 10lbs from my goal weight. All I have done is eat at a calorie deficit & exercise. As I saw myself losing weight I got anxious & kept slowly amping up the amount of exercise I do. I used to only hit the treadmill about 2 days a week. Now I get on the treadmill about 3-4 days a week,…

It's not really fast food but it doesn't take them 1-2 minutes to get it to you, Showmars salads without the shell. Or just one of their side salads. Very good.

I love peanut butter!!!! I usually have a hard time fitting it in though because of the amount of calories it has in it. I started eating Justin's Almond Butter instead. I love to put it in my protein shakes!
-
I started level 2 today. I started the 30 day shred because I had hit a plateau. From the 10 days of level one, I have already broke through my plateau & lost a pound! Woooooooooo!!! Do it. It's a great workout & will have you sweating
-
I start level 2 today! I haven't checked my inches. But I have lost about 1-2lbs! Woooooo!
-
Yep! Same here.
-
I have done this diet. Twice. First time I lost like 7lbs & the second time I lost around 5-6 pounds. After each time I gained all the weight right back. Don't do it. It's a waste of time. I've doing it the MFP way for several months & have lost 30lbs.

BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER, & DESSERT! I'm obsessed with cereal

Someone told me there's a formula on her website that will tell you how many calories you burn per each workout. It's something like multiply your weight (in pounds) by the number 3.2 & then divide by 3. For me in comes out to around 160 calories per workout. Look on her website for the exact formula.

I'm 5'7". I'm starting weight was 185. My current weight is 156. Although 156lbs is a healthy weight for me, I still have a good bit of fat around my stomach. I think my next 10lbs will truly make the difference. I want to be around 140-145lbs. How you look at a certain weight really depends on your frame. Ill attach 2…

I'm on level one day 9. It's definitely a good workout in just 20 minutes. Stick to it! I know I can't wait for my results.
-
Bleh! I hate celery

I also do Jillian Michaels & get a great workout.
