50lb weight loss. 5’7” 190 down to 140.

I did the 3 day military diet. Did it twice actually. Lost about 7lbs both times. I gained the weight back both times. Basically I was starving & unhappy for 3 days.

Way to go girl! YOU ARE AWESOME!

I've hit my goal weight but my stomach is not flat. So my goal is to flatten my stomach by doing ab exercises & continue lifting weights in general.

185 down to 137. I'm 5'7".

That's awesommeeeee!!! Keep up the great work!

I'm 5'7" & 23 years old. My starting weight was 193lbs. I'm now past my goal & I weigh 137lbs. I'm at a healthy weight but I'm trying very hard to tighten up my stomach. It still has some stubborn fat at the bottom. I didn't REALLY notice big changes until I got to about 160-170lbs. The pics below aren't exactly in order…

Never mind. I apparently don't know how to post pics. Ugh.

3 day military diet.

No. Waste of money, waste of time.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with differing opinions on topics, that's how we can keep the conversation going usually. & not everyone who has a different opinion is rude by any means. I just don't like when I see someone respond to a post they disagree with by telling the OP something like you're too new here to post…

YESSSSS! Ticks me off big time! I also get this a lot: How have you lost so much weight, what are you taking? Are you starving yourself?? Someone at work offered me one of their fries & them immediately said oh yeah, I forgot you don't eat. This drives me crazy. I don't starve myself & I eat plenty of food. Including…

I hardly ever post anymore because of the way people will talk to you on here. People get so powerful on a computer. I also don't think you were telling anyone that they had to eat a big breakfast. You were just sharing. I eat breakfast every single morning. Not a big one though.

I've never weighed or measured anything. I definitely count my calories though. I've lost 41lbs which has surpassed my goal weight. Not knocking weighing & measuring though. I certainly understand why it works & is important. I just didn't need to do it.

Unfortunately I had to. Starting weight was 185lbs. I'm 5'6". My original goal weight was 145lbs. I hit that goal last week & im definitely not where I thought I would be once I hit 145lbs. My new goal weight, & hopefully last, is 135lbs.

I've had horrible itchy legs on & off for years. I started doing a few different things. I don't take hot showers anymore, just warm & before I get out I run cold water on my legs. I started hydrating more. Before I wasn't drinking much water & now I drink plenty. I also don't use any scented shave gel, body wash, or…

This!! I never knew I was taking in SO many calories. & sadly most of it was from snacking all the time & soda. After I started my weight loss I looked back at an average day & added up all my calories I used to eat..... I almost passed out. 2-3000 a day.
-
Just calories. Lost 40lbs so far. I keep an eye on protein though since I'm lifting.

This ^^ I can't drink diet soda for this very reason. It makes me crave sugar so I end up eating more. I drank diet soda for 3 weeks, having 1-2 a day. I ended up gaining some weight. Because I craved more sugars & food. Not because the soda itself. You can have diet soda, just be mindful of how your body does with it. I…

I have the jawbone up & I like it a lot.

I don't think drinking diet soda keeps a person from losing weight because it really is all about the CICO. However, for me personally, it makes me crave food & sugary things all day long. I also get bloated. So, for me, diet soda is a no no. I'll have it now & again as a treat but that's all. I stay with water.

It took about 30lbs for me to go from size 8/10 jeans to size 5/6.

Just eating at a calorie deficit. Try & do some cardio a couple times a week & also start some weight lifting. Of course, the cardio & weight lifting aren't essential to lose weight, they're just quite helpful. Maybe try Jillian Michael's 30 day shred dvd. I hit a plateau & started her dvd & was able to start losing again.…

My milk of choice is the vanilla almond milk with a hint of honey. It's 60 calories per cup & delicious.

I have seen others say they like level 3 better than level 2. Yes, the planks are hard to do. I always attempt as many as possible but can't ever finish it. I make sure I do another exercise though while waiting for the dream team to finish.
