My most recent before and after picture. 1 and a half months postpartum and 11 months postpartum. I workout for 30 minutes 5-7x a week before my baby wakes up and I am in a calorie deficit focusing on eating lots of protein and veggies with everything else in moderation.

75 lbs down! July 2018 vs Jan 2020.118 -
These are all progress photos. No “before” or “after” yet. I don’t think I’ll ever be brave enough to post a true before but this is when I started my new workout program and now. Only about a 12 lb difference but down 4 pants sizes. (Down a total of 70 lbs so far)

Wow girl, you are literally less than half the person you once were! Impressive! Have you managed to maintain the loss, if so for how long?
Thank you so much! Yes I have maintained the loss. I reached my original goal of 135 near the end of May 2019. This picture was taken in October 2019. So far 4 months maintenance with my lowest weight.13 -

Great work. Did you diet to get below 190 and then bulk back up? You clearly added a lot of muscle, just wondering about the details of how you did it. Thanks14 -
I am still a work in progress! Before 200lbs in progress 165 lbs, I am 5’7. Great work to you all!

Crazy!! I decided to do an evening gown comparison!! The first pic I had already lost 25kg and I was feeling so good about myself as before I wouldn't even be caught dead in a dress! The second pic is only a few weeks ago and now I can't believe I'm finally a dress girl! I had to have excess skim removal due to my weight loss but everything was worth it!

Been on diet most of the time. I started running about 3 years ago... ran several races (5ks, 10ks and halfs).
I used to lift 2-3 days per week, but earlier last year I switched to mornings, so now I lift 5-6 days per week. The guy is about 2 miles away, so I run or bike to the gym for cardio. This switch really helped to put on muscle.
I don't run as much, but still a few races. It's just not the focus like it used to be.
