I don't have a starting pic, really wasn't in the mood at the time. But I was in cardiac post-op after my heart attack, multiple IVs, monitors, the whole 9 yards. Here's -26 pounds later (apparently our gym has really fuzzy mirrors )

My most recent before and after picture. 1 and a half months postpartum and 11 months postpartum. I workout for 30 minutes 5-7x a week before my baby wakes up and I am in a calorie deficit focusing on eating lots of protein and veggies with everything else in moderation.

75 lbs down! July 2018 vs Jan 2020.118 -
These are all progress photos. No “before” or “after” yet. I don’t think I’ll ever be brave enough to post a true before but this is when I started my new workout program and now. Only about a 12 lb difference but down 4 pants sizes. (Down a total of 70 lbs so far)

Thank you so much! Yes I have maintained the loss. I reached my original goal of 135 near the end of May 2019. This picture was taken in October 2019. So far 4 months maintenance with my lowest weight.13
