The Jacobs Ladder is right next to where I work out in the gym and I've been eyeing it with trepidation for months.
I think I'll make it my goal to have a go soon!9 -
Lost 50lbs with MFP... not at my goal weight yet (still about twenty pounds to go!) but I’ve been slacking for the past six months and ready to get back on it!
