12 months 66 lbs/30kgs down.
I have to lose more weight, this isn't an end point for me. I still continue to lose weight, but this was a big success for me and I am happy to be a little closer to my goal.119 -

Getting there. Although not a complete success story yet, I have been getting there. I started at 312, and the first pic is my somewhere in that range. The second pic is somewhere around 255 and the last one, most recently at 235. I'm 6'4, 61 years old, and my immediate goal is 225. Once I hit that, I may try to get to 212, so I can say I lost 100!
Although I would still be overweight according to illustrious BMI.
I had great success initially utilizing Weight Watchers On Line. Lost 85 pounds (actually got to 225), but then slacked off on got back up to 257. Currently, have lost 22 of that using MFP. I find this is the same thing as Weight Watchers online, just easier as you just have to look at calories instead of calculating points, and its Free!.
