Now this is a healthy face.....and beautiful!46 -
Started July 27th, 2019 @ 315+lbs (didn't get on a scale for the first week and a half or so) and hit 260lbs this last weekend (10/12/19) in time to host my annual charity event. So, down 55lbs in a little under 12 weeks and thinking this is about halfway. On the left I'm a 42in waist and 54ish jacket and on the right 38in waist and 48 jacket.

January to October! Getting close to re tackling the WDW marathon and my 4th go at it is shaping up to be the best one yet! Consistently doing the work on the road and in the kitchen (mostly) has changed my life!

@etherealanwar You look like you could be Jasmine for Disney.5 -
I suppose my success story isn’t a huge weight loss difference like most but I have lost about 20 lbs and kept it off for over 5 years. I stay active and watch what I eat, but still indulge when I want. This app helped me learn portion control and how to focus on nutrition, not just eating. At 5’4” I was 140 lbs when I started and I have stayed at my goal weight of 120 lbs or less for many years.
