Yes , photos taken 1 yr apart. 341 lbs in April 2018 to 209 lbs in April 2019, couldn’t run 100m or do a push-up when I started , first photo was during one of my first workouts . the second photo was taken Just after my second half marathon. (I ran one to celebrate one year of the new lifestyle )
So much awesome. The loss of body fat is wonderful but the new superpowers are much more so.3 -

I wouldn't say it's a success story because I still have 100lbs or so more to lose but I just hit 80lbs lost since I started94 -

Losing 80lbs is an amazing success story! Don't diminish your incredible achievement because you have additional goals. You are awesome!
I have lost about 80lbs as well, but many around me either don't notice, or act like it's just a small step on my overall goal of not being fat. Because they still see me as fat. I'm just *slightly* less fat, in their eyes.
My partner, who has lost 30lbs, is the one who gets all the compliments and ooohs and ahhhs. Because he is "normal" weight.
I try to stay positive, but honestly, this infuriates me. I have worked soooooo much harder than my partner at this. He *accidentally* lost weight because of all the healthy meals I make all the time. He still eats donuts and hoagies and doesn't calorie count or anything. But WOW look at him! He looks so great!
Anyway, my point is, YOU ARE AWESOME. Celebrate your awesomeness. I celebrate you!

Thank you! And yeah I completely understand what you mean about people making it not a big deal, but then someone close to you is thin and they lose like 15lbs and because they are thin it shows more and they get tons of praise... it just takes a little longer for it to show for bigger people but I can absolutely feel a huge difference in my quality of life and that alone has been great motivation14 -

170ibs to 137ibs in around a year. just looking for the last bit of motivation to get me to my goal weight! Wouldn’t really go so far as to say it’s a success story but the effect it’s had on my life has been amazing😅85 -
@bellebee97 you released almost 20% of your total body weight. Sounds like a success story to me.
You look fantastic, btw.9 -

Start of 2019 and end of 2019 - I focused more on strength training this year than I ever had before. I can't believe I thought the way I looked in January was a good look.
