My name is kenzie. I had my son in January and I gained around 70lbs. Starting at 160 and ending at 230ish. So now I'm doing all I can to bust my butt and go from "mommy to hottie". Im now weighing 215ish..I'm open to all suggestions or help anyone is willing to throw out there :-)

Just eating at a calorie deficit. Try & do some cardio a couple times a week & also start some weight lifting. Of course, the cardio & weight lifting aren't essential to lose weight, they're just quite helpful. Maybe try Jillian Michael's 30 day shred dvd. I hit a plateau & started her dvd & was able to start losing again. Water water water water! Stay focused. I keep a weight loss journal. Most of all, take your time & be patient. If it didn't take you a week to put on 70lbs... It's not gonna come off in a week. Best of luck to you!0

Well I've been doing the focus t25 exercise workout and have been seeing results I'm on week 4 and in total have lost 6 inches! But I just recently got very strict with my dieting and I try to get out and take my son on walks with the stroller. And I'm okay with that! I could use the additional support. My husband has been wonderful but its still really hard. Thank you ladies :-)0
