I personally don't do the fad diets. I just stick to the simple calories in calories out & some exercise. But I think if this works for you, you lose weight, & learn about healthy choices & nutrition along the way.. Then you go for it girl! :smile:

I take a daily multivitamin which contains Biotin & I've been steadily losing weight every week. Maybe try coming off the Biotin for a few weeks & see what happens with you weight.

Yeah I don't reccomended this either. I've been wearing some comfortable spanx tank tops under my shirts daily just to feel a little more comfortable about my appearance until I can lose my weight.

This happens to me sometime too. Yes, just try & eat some higher calorie foods next time. Go ahead & get in the gym & do what you normally do. You'll be okay for today.

My favorite to eat is Honey Nut Cheerios with the vanilla honey flavored almond milk. I also usually cut up a banana to put in there also or some blueberries.

MFP yells at me almost everyday that I complete my entry. Try yelling back. Helps me. I say "WHY DONT YOU STOP BEING FAT?!" :smile:

If you're eating at a caloric deficit, the only thing I can suggest is to get in plenty of cardio. Maybe 5 days a week at least 30-45 minutes.

I've tried this 3 day military diet. It clams you can lose 10lbs in 3 days. I did it & lost 7lbs in the 3 days. Guess what.. It all came back. Ooooo big shock, right? Lol. Mine would be pasta, pizza, & chocolate. However, I don't totally avoid them. If I'm craving it, I just eat it as long as it's in my calorie goal. I try not to have them often though because they are high calorie foods which allows me less for the day. But yeah, those are my guilty pleasures :)

Just to speak from my experience. I'm 5'6" 23 years old starting weight 183, current weight 160. When I first started running I could run only 1 minute at at pace of 4.6 with no incline. In about 2-3 months I'm up to running 30 minutes without stopping at a pace of 4.9 with no incline.

I read somewhere that you're supposed to drink half your body weight in ounces. I just drink when I'm thirsty & I also go by the color of my pee.
