There's certainly no danger in not eating breakfast but it helps with your weight loss if you can try & eat a little something. Maybe just a banana.

I know it's hard to eat a lot because you feel like you shouldn't be eating at all to lose weight. You must eat 3 meals a day plus snacks. The reason you feel hungry after eating breakfast is because you kick started your metabolism. Which is VERY important for losing weight. You need to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner & healthy snacks in between. I know a lot of people hate eating breakfast but it is SO ESSENTIAL! Try some oatmeal or a yogurt with blueberries.…

Same for me, when I weigh every day, it shows me what I did the previous day that was either a good or bad decision.

It depends on how easily discouraged you get. I personally weigh every single day. Even if I didn't lose .01lbs, I still stay motivated because of how far I've come. You will get a ton of different answer but I like to do it every day or every other. :smile:
