I picked up a camelbak "eddy" bottle with a bite tip straw, its 750mls and since I've got it, I fill it up at least three times a day.   • I don't know if you have epicure where you live, but they have some amazing spices for stir fry. I also second the ginger and garlic suggestion., maybe a little pineapple for sweetness. I know some people have tried adding in Apricot jam as well for flavour.

  • I don't think anyone here has cut you down at all. Everyone is giving their honest opinion without a sugarcoat.
