-I hard boil a half dozen eggs for quick breakfasts and snacks. -Fry up some ground turkey and seasonings and add that too salads, or just another vegetable. Usually steamed broccoli for me. -I'll also make grilled cheese rice cakes, melt some light cheese ontop of turkey bacon on top of a rice cake.. Couple of those are…

-I was surprised at how full I could be with eating an actual serving (not two or three) and a glass of water. -Also, I'm just as happy with 1tbsp of Peanut butter on my rice cake, not the usual "what I think is 1 tbsp and is actually 2.5tbsp) - Bananas have become a treat. high in calories and sugar

I find exercise suppresses my appetite as well. I still eat though because the next day if I don't, I'm ravenous in the morning.

I think Jogging outdoors will also improve your mental well being than being in your house. Its amazing what fresh air and the sky above can do to improve your outlook/happiness/general well being.

Try doing a run walk combo and only run as far as you feel comfortable. If your a beginner don't push yourself too hard because you'll end up hurting yourself and become discouraged. I joined a running group and had to drop out half way through because they progressed so fast (BEGINNERS LOL). I tried a bunch of other…

If I'm hungry I'll just eat a small snack..(cheese stick, apple, boiled egg) and drink a few cups of water. Usually within 20 minutes I'm good. I don't think water would cut it alone, and my snack is usually something that won't curb the hunger.. blend the two and whoopah! I'm good to go.

You look great!!

I def see a difference! Keep going!

If you can, break up your exercise into a few 20-30 minute sessions a day. Still adds up the same and won't wear you out and leave you feeling defeated. =)

YES! Awesome!

I'm not sure how old you are, but mine was pretty bad as a kid/teenager/young adult and has improved since hitting my thirties. I also take Omega 3's, drink water and use Pears soap. I think moisturizing a lot improves the look of it as well.

My small 2 cents I think small goals are something to start with if you find you can't complete anything. I also have depression issues and have that same problem, and found with easier to attain goals (the ones I thought were too easy) kept me motivated when I actually completed them which brings me to Insanity. Insanity…

Good luck. Just remember it took 2 years to gain the 50lbs.. Losing it can take equally as long. ;)

I'm not trying to say the vape won't work for you, but I do want to add something to this from my experience. OP: Vaping still has nicotine and while you're not "smoking" you're still having the addictive drug in your system which is what you have to get rid of. You can reduce the amount of nicotine sure, but that takes…

Hi I quit smoking three years ago. I did not gain any weight. I'm one of those people that researches things to death and I found this site was motivating for helping the quit. http://whyquit.com I believe the more I understood what my body was going through the better equipped I was to deal with the side effects of not…

I am doing a Fitness Blender program and I'm really enjoying it. Quick, easy, burns and the exercises aren't the typical ones I've done in other programs. =)

How come you don't just go outside and ride a bike? (honest question, i'm not trying to be negative)

I also agree its not entirely accurate on distances, but it's not terrible. I see minor variations on the same routes I take which at most are a difference of .2-.3 of a KM. To some people thats a problem, to me..Meh. Merely a satellite problem and its only an iPhone. =)
-
Yep I use it... not so much for running, mostly walking/hiking. I use it to track my distance and I like looking at the little maps of where Ive walked. I keep a few routes bookmarked so I can challenge them but I think it over estimates calories so I don't use that.
-
I definitely see a difference here. Your body looks shapley now.. awesome work!

$130 a bag? How long did the bag last?

Every Tuesday morning after a relaxing sit.

I did that Tuesday evening. Except it was a Large Thin Crust "perfeCt". I made myself feel better momentarily by only eating the topping of the other half, leaving the crust. (hangs head in shame)

I can't diet any other way! The moment I tell myself I can't have any specific food, I'll start obsessing over it until I get it.
