Day 7: busy little bee today - 7 mins of yoga, 10 mins of calisthenics (an ab workout I've downloaded!), decorating my new place (logged as cleaning since there isn't a log for decorating!) and walked 4.1 miles!

Day 7: lazyish day today - walked 4.1 miles! Decorating my new place tomorrow - how do I go about logging that??

day 6: 3.8 miles walked, 3 mins of yoga and moving boxes into my new house!

It's not 20 minutes, but the 10 minute solutions DVDs are good! You can mix and match the segments to make your own workout!

The reason I said Monday is because at the time I posted I was actually about to sleep - I'm in the UK! I haven't been overly strict I don't think that's been the issue - I have been having treat days, which I'm not sure are a good idea now!

I actually don't! I have lots of animals lol, but I do have a job which requires me to keep around 50 other staff members happy - and sometimes that feels like having lots of kids!! Thanks for the tip! I'll try it!

My dogs motivate me to start my mornings with a good walk! They know that when I'm up they go out, so they get excited when I start to wake up!

I've started doing Pilates a couple of times a week - I might look into yoga as well.. I decided in December that this year I'm just gonna try different things and find out what I enjoy!
