Best workouts
Hey everyone. Just looking for a little advice - what is the best type of workout to burn fat? I know eating at a calorie deficit etc, which I do - I’m now wanting to add in something to burn fat, as I do toning exercises a lot. TIA

Probably been said LOADS of times but...
I’m thinking of starting a fitness class (maybe more than one if I enjoy it), but I’m super nervous of not fitting in! Anyone else have this? And what did you do to overcome it?

Monthly challenge!
So, as we’re at the start of a new year, I’m now challenging myself (and anyone who might want to join me) to try a new fruit/vegetable/recipe (anything food related really) every month for the year! For someone that is gluten free and doesn’t eat fish, this could prove tricky!

October - November goals
I read a lot about how people shouldn’t focus on the reading on the scale, but instead should look at how clothing feels on you. So I’ve decided to give myself the next month to go from siE 16 to size 14. (Should be relatively easy, since I fluctuate between those sizes depending on make anyway). Fingers crossed for me!!

Gluten Free
So three months ago, I found out I have a severe intolerance to gluten and lactose. It’s been hard to totally change my diet to reflect this, but I’m finally there! I’m even learning how to cook from scratch, which is helping me to monitor what is actually in my food. Never thought I’d say this but yay for gluten…

Gluten Free/Celiac
Hey! I’ve just been told I need to go completely gluten free, since I have a severe intolerance to the stuff! I thought I’d start this thread for anyone who is on my page and feels alone with this one! I know I do! Let’s support each other!

Possible coeliac disease - no support from family!!
I discovered this week I may have coeliac disease - and if not a severe intolerance to gluten - so obviously, I’ve cut gluten out of my diet (on doctors instruction). Thing is, while ever I am trying to cater for myself, buying free from products, eating loads of fruit and veg, I have family members who have gone as far as…

Challenging myself
Hi guys, I’ve found that if I’m challenged not to eat something my determination and will power kick in and I don’t. This month it was chocolate - I’ve gone all month with NONE!!! And I’ve lost about 4lbs doing it! So next month it’s bread and cake! Just thought I’d share my latest way of motivating myself!

Best advice you’ve been given
Mine has got to be “change one thing. Make it into a habit. Then change another. Don’t try to change everything all at once. That just causes confusion.”

Bizzare-est motivator EVER
Hi, I've realised this last few days - my number one, guaranteed motivator for things (generally relating to work) is to feel like I'm disappointing someone (not myself) if I DON'T do something... For example, feeling like I'll disappoint a friend if I DON'T stick to the C25K plan for a week might just motivate me to do…

Music as motivation?
I've hit a bad point again recently - heartbreak, depression, fun times... However, I remembered to use the power of music to get me through this part - Linkin Park to be specific. I've actually found these guys not only channel my anger and the hurt into a much better place, but they motivate me to move... pretty sure the…

Lower back pain!
Looking for a bit of advice please. I've discovered that lying down flat causes lower back pain. It disappears if I arch my back, or turn onto my side, but otherwise it's really sore! Any ideas on what could be causing it, or how to stop it??

A bit of advice required here I think.....
Hi everyone! I'm back with my motivation in tact now - the only problem I have is finding the time to work out!! I work from 7.30 each morning until 10pm (7 days - I own the company), I have 4 dogs that I walk first thing in the morning and again at around 5pm, and I have three horses that I spend about 30mins grooming a…

Help and advice please?
Help me! I've just started in a new job that requires me to be out and about helping elderly people live at home, and also working from an office - in total I think I'm working from about 7.30 in the morning until 10pm... Every. Day. I am eating on the run at the minute! I get up and walk my dogs at half six, and I somehow…

Has anyone seen my motivation??
After a real low patch just lately, I'm back! However I appear to have lost my motivation! Has anyone seen it? Or can anyone give me some ways to rekindle it??

Coconut Milk
So I bought some coconut milk today. And I'm now wondering if anyone has tried it with cereal or porridge or anything?
