Probably been said LOADS of times but...

I’m thinking of starting a fitness class (maybe more than one if I enjoy it), but I’m super nervous of not fitting in!

Anyone else have this? And what did you do to overcome it?

    Go a few minutes early and introduce yourself to the instructor; let them know it’s your first time; ask if they provide modifications for moves (less impact etc)

    Yes! Meet the instructor! That makes all the difference in comfort for me. Also, talk to the front desk staff at your gym. Let them know what your concerns are, they can recommend specific classes or instructors based on your preferences or needs.
