Mine has got to be “change one thing. Make it into a habit. Then change another. Don’t try to change everything all at once. That just causes confusion.”

Make a couple of big easy changes (for me it was dumping sugary drinks).
Think of this as a lifetime of small changes, roll with the need.1 -
