Mini Milestones!

Everyone has a huge goal in mind! Mine is to shift 84lbs within the next 10 months!

But let’s set and celebrate mini milestones!
My first goal is to lose 4lbs by 28th February!

What’s your first mini goal?

    Mini goal is more like a daily goal of staying on track and eating salad for lunch. Not indulging like the other 1/2
    Keeping to my 1,200-1,500 daily calories

    My first mini goal is just to stay under 2000 for a couple weeks, get the binging under control. Then I gotta drop to 1600. Then I gotta start exercising. It's gonna be crap, because I have a major surgery next month, so I really gotta get the eating under control, since I won't be able to exercise until about late April/early May. The eating is harder than the exercise...

    My mini goals are....
    ●finish 30 day shred for the first time. (Have stared it several times and never finished)
    ●to be in the overweight bmi range instead of obese in 30 days( 30 more days until my husband comes home)
