I've just started in a new job that requires me to be out and about helping elderly people live at home, and also working from an office - in total I think I'm working from about 7.30 in the morning until 10pm... Every. Day.

I am eating on the run at the minute!

I get up and walk my dogs at half six, and I somehow manage to squeeze a second walk in during the evening, but the scale seems to still be going up!

Any ideas on how else to get more of a workout in and things would be greatly appreciated!!
