A couple of reasons - 1. “Glow up” - my ex left me last week; giving no reasons whatsoever. Ok, asshat, I’m going to show you what you’re missing now! 2. I’m going into a career in canine hydrotherapy, so I want to look good in my wetsuit!!!

Then revenge body mentality. My ex left me for someone who has a figure to die for (I mean she did cheat on him and leave him not long after), and I want him to see what he’s missing!

I drink one cup a day, sometimes more, and find it definitely helps with bloating. I’m gluten intolerant as well, and find that if I am accidentally glutened, it helps with the bloat and the cramping

I had to go gluten free a couple of months ago - I have a severe intolerance - so my diet has changed dramatically already! Just got to get a workout routine going!

I’m classed as intolerant. Blood tests have been done. I’m waiting for hospital appointments to come through for further investigation. Everything I’m doing I’m doing on Doctor’s instruction, but since this is brand new to me, I’m struggling with finding people who understand what it’s like to suddenly not be able to eat…
