Hi there just a little challenge to anyone who wants to lose 14lbs / 1 stone by Xmas it's not a crazy amount each week so definitely think we can all do it , post your results each week or any tips or questions you have and we can all help each other reach the goal , thanks in advance 😃

I’d like to join! Starting weight, as of yesterday, is 81.1kg. Hoping to hit 74.1 (179 pounds to 165 pounds).3

Il definitely join in, having trouble keeping myself motivated at the moment, have two stone to lose in total but would be happy to lose a stone by Xmas 😁3

I'm in. Hopefully this is the motivation I need. I've lost 95 lbs and have been slagging lately. I've got about 60 to go. I can def do 14 by Christmas.

Yes I'm doing fine thanks if you cook steak the right way it can be a good meal , good that you have will power when eating out that's great2 -

I'm in! Not sure of my exact starting weight, I've been weighed on 3 different scales in the last three weeks and there was a 9 kilos difference between them. I've ordered some scales online, I'll use my first weight on those as my starting weight.0

I’d like to join in as well. I’m new to this app (just started Wed), so hopefully I will be able to find this group again. Starting today, that will give 10 weeks and 2 days! I think it’s doable. 😊 As of this morning, October 14, I am 199.8
