Mine is to try new things when I feel like I'm bored of whatever I'm doing to get fitter and shift the excess pounds. Also to eat a lot more healthily! And to celebrate little successes!

I have that as motivation too - I saw a great quote once "do it for the holy s**t, you got hot". But I also work out with the guy I like now in mind - he's my other motivation now that the mornings are icy!

I have a few! My dogs and horses are my main ones! But then there's the ex boyfriend and that phrase "do it for the holy *kitten* - you got hot!" That keeps me going!

Mine is due any day - I have the same problem! I feel horrible for the few days before and the first day or so! Nothing worse than trying to force yourself into doing something when you really just want to curl up and sleep!! X
