            I'm in. I started exercising on tuesday, I initially was challenging myself for 30 days, I don't like to exercise either but I am more determined now than I've ever been.2

            Day 42- Leslie Sansone 40 minute 5K with a 24 minute Kickboxing, from fitness blender. I need to get some kettlebells in this week. I'm becoming a bit of a cardio junkie.1

            Day 42 (Add in my two previous completions of this challenge, it's day 242) and I did 32 minutes fitness blender cardio followed by 20 minutes of weights. My weights were cut short because I had an asthma attack. Kids cooking... ugh!0

            Day 38 - read something about the benefits of even a little weights before cardio, so was able to fit in 13 minutes of weights before my 45 minute spin class. I am glad to fit even a little more weights in because I miss it when I don't do it. Plus 23 minutes walking at lunch.1
