Day 15 - Rowing class for 45 minutes - will also do my squats (90) later and pushups (22).0

Day 22- 42 minutes alternating walking/jogging plus ten minutes standing ab work from fitness blender.

I'm back. I wanted to wait until I had a bit of a streak going, and I do now.
Day 1 -- 50 min lawn mowing
Day 2 -- 30 min outdoor walk
Day 3 -- 90 min outdoor walk
Day 4 -- 30 min outdoor walk
Day 5 -- 20 min outdoor walk
Day 6 -- 15 min lawn mowing, house cleaning and 20 min outdoor walk
Day 7 -- 1 hr 11 min outdoor walk
Day 8 -- 45 min outdoor walk
Day 9 -- 20 min outdoor walk
Day 10 -- gym -- 30 min stationary bike and 40 min tread
Day 11 -- 45 min outdoor walk
Day 12 -- 70 min outdoor walk
Day 13 -- 35 min outdoor walk1 -
Walked 2 miles today!1

Day 16 - 45 minute spin class and about 15 minutes body weight exercises. Final day of the squat challenge I did - so had to do 100, and also doing a pushup challenge - 22 daily (day 5).0

Can I join this wonderful challenge? I realize my 100 days will take me into next year. I love a running jump instead of waiting until January 1st. I so agree with how important exercise daily pushes me into a healthier me.

Day 27- Leslie Sansone 4 mile super challenge! Followed by me running for 10 minutes because I've never run before and I had to give it a shot. I can do it!!! Running has always set off my asthma before so this is amazing!
And by run, I mean a real slow lope but a girl has to start somewhere!0 -

I have always had exercise induced asthma and I've noticed that my lungs seem stronger, this really is a triumph for me! A year and a half of working out almost every day (there were a few breaks in there) and wow, I am stronger than I've ever been. I don't know how much of a runner I'll decide to be, but if I'm feeling it, I'm definitely going to do it! Whoo hooo!0
