Day 27- Leslie Sansone 4 mile super challenge! Followed by me running for 10 minutes because I've never run before and I had to give it a shot. I can do it!!! Running has always set off my asthma before so this is amazing!
And by run, I mean a real slow lope but a girl has to start somewhere!0 -

I have always had exercise induced asthma and I've noticed that my lungs seem stronger, this really is a triumph for me! A year and a half of working out almost every day (there were a few breaks in there) and wow, I am stronger than I've ever been. I don't know how much of a runner I'll decide to be, but if I'm feeling it, I'm definitely going to do it! Whoo hooo!0 -
Day 28- 40 minutes of upper body strength training (my shoulders will feel it tomorrow!) and 27 minutes cardio, running/marching in place.0
