Day 1 complete - 2 hour roller derby practice and MFP daily mini challenge (200 arm circles)
On deck for Day 2 - Wk 1, day 2 of C25k, MFP daily mini challenge (200 sidelying hip adductor lifts), and yoga class.0 -

Day 65- 55 minute Les Mills combat.
Man, I'm thinking Les Mills the day after Kettlebells isn't the best choice for my shoulders........0 -

Calm and strong yoga class
And only got 60/200 of the adductor lifts, but I'm not upset. Those were killer and my legs may fall off.0 -

Day 66 - 53 minutes Leslie Sansone followed by a heavenly 30 minute stretching routine on fitness blender. I love active rest days!0

Day~68, 35 minutes yoga and 31 minutes les mills combat. I was going to do kettlebells but my body was sluggish and I decided I needed an active rest day.0

5/27 (day 32) - 1.25 mile walk with dogs, & about 3 & half hours work on my family's ranch... Ended the day with over 25,000 steps on my Fitbit.
5/28 (day 33) - 2.51 mile hike with my daughter & dogs. Plus two shorter 1 mile hikes (one in morning, one in evening).
We're away for the holiday weekend & my food tracking is lacking, but I'm trying to be mindful of what I eat & how much I move my body.0
