Hello, I am glad there are so many people still joining and thank you peeps for welcoming all the newcomers.
I have not been logging my exercises yet I have been standing and walking a lot at my new job. So I am moving. Need to get back to the gym.
Keep moving everyone and remember moving everyday is the key to success2 -

Day 79- 83 minutes Leslie Sansone and 32 minutes intensive stretching. The stretching was super needed after the rope bridges yesterday, my goodness, sore calves!1
