My first challenge!2
-
Not a great day - had planned to go to the gym but am struggling with a cold so decided it was better to stay home and keep my germs to myself.
I did manage a 10 minute walk and some bodyweight exercises (including 60 squats and 22 knee pushups). So that is the story for Day 12 - I guess some will be better than others and this is one of the others .

Day 19, I was struggling today! So I declared today a working rest day and did 25 minutes walking and 10 minutes yoga.1

@quiltlovinlisa - good for you! I think that doing something when it's difficult is worth more than a great workout when it's easy
THey all count.

Day 23. HISTORIC day for me. I saw a personal trainer for the first time ever in my life. I'm trying to work around chronic pain from an injury and I hired a trainer. I worked with her for 2 hrs, total work out time probably 45 min, with the rest being instruction. I had some body shame issues creeping up as I was preparing to see her but I did good when I was there. Start where you are right?1

Day 21- Ran stairs for 10 or so minutes, did a 40 minute Leslie Sansone and well, that pretty much sums it up.0
-
@minpick1010 - thanks for sharing - it's great to hear that you have taken such a big step1
-
Day 14 - At the gym - some short but intense cardio (bike and rowing) and a good strength workout - I was reading an article before I went on the science behind weight training and that inspired me to increase my weight on a couple of exercises0
