I've just started a twice a week swimming programme with my friend - my goodness I'm stiff now!! My body isn't used to this much activity!!

    Swimming is great excercise. You'll burn a lot of calories doing it. Your body will adjust to the new activity within a few days.

    I love swimming:) I find that yoga helps me stretch out when a previous workout leaves me stiff/sore.

    I've started doing Pilates a couple of times a week - I might look into yoga as well.. I decided in December that this year I'm just gonna try different things and find out what I enjoy!
