I have an ounce of ACV daily with a glass of water and an ounce of torani sugar free caramel syrup. Seems to knock the hunger down for me and tastes good

I like the weekly recap I get from MFP. Looking at it that way it all averages out.

I go by dry weight then cook it and enjoy. I love pasta and noodles too. I get other types like Pasta Zero. Kroger has a reduced calorie thin pasta that is 150 caloies per 2 dry ounces.

Ive noticed that the macros do not add up to the calories then realized that fiber grams need to be backed out of the carbs. Then the math starts to come together for me.

Ive just started trying ACV and love this stuff. I sweeten it with Torani sugar free caramel syrup. Very noticable drop in appetite between meals.

I have LBBB and dialated aorta. Got my cholesterol and BP under control. Goal is to lose all the excess weight. Getting re-evaluated next couple weeks ultra sound and MRI with dye.

I am under a doctors care and prescription and what I am doing is working fine for me. Last week he told me to keep it up. Lots of layman's advice here MFP. Eat more fat to lose fat. haha

For me coming to grips with my food and alcohol addictions. I would lose weight and go back to old habits because it was so easy. It doesn't help being bombarded with easy bad choices at every turn. Living for or going along with other people's choices.

That's horrible I am sorry to hear that. I am at my worst when I live for other people including eating and drinking but I can change that.

80% is due to what you eat they say. My only exercise is walking and that is just to speed up the process for me. Lots of good advice here. My diary is open.

I've mindless ate most my life. I saw a weight loss trainer say something that made me laugh but it's true. "Stop putting stuff in your mouth that doesn't belong there"

Tuna fish sandwiches are cheap. Get an instant pot 3 quart pressure cooker amazon has them. . You can cook lots of stuff in it. steam veggies. Slow cook like crock pot. Pressure cook beans and lentils. Stir fry on saute. scrambled eggs. Boil pasta too. Good luck

The only scale I have used this week is my food scale. Tomorrow is weigh-in day. I have been weighing once a week on Sunday mornings and seeing more consistent comparative results. Little or no change due to water retention gets discouraging.

Sounds like Liquid. Try this when you go to bed no food or water until morning then weigh
