Sorry for your loss. I too am getting back to MFP after losing 70lbs have gained it back and then some. Needing others to help me stay the course. Need to loss 150 to 190 lbs yikes.

2lbs a week is a good goal same for me need to lose 150 so trying not to focus on the distance but keep a steady pace.
