Ok, here are my 3 goals for the next 3 days! 10,000 Steps each day. At least 30 minutes of cardio exercise each day - I.e. I'd like clarification of this too. I've heard a lot of bad things about the diet sweeter aspertame and how it can affect your mood. It is a depressant, and since I am emotional eater, when I am depressed I eat more. Not sure if it's a real concern or not.

@rmd0228 If i have enough calories I may let myself have a glass of wine tomorrow night and not feel guilty. I just want to make sure I keep it to one!!!! Sometimes after that first glass you forget about good goals and have that second or third glass that blows all your good work away.

Me too! Nice to meet you and let me know what I can do for you! Even if it's just sending you an email you have to return that keeps your hands busy so you can't grab a cookie! Or a big of chips or whatever your Achilles food tendon is! Mine is potato chips by the way, or anything salty!
