Cut the cake into thirds And separate into different containers- then the can be treats instead of having it in one big container you are more likely to dish out more and or eat the whole thing---- that's prob what I would do' hehe

Keep it going! Simple recipes are better!! Less to keep track of!! Nice attitude about not losing remember you can't lose everyday! You have to take into consideration all the things ur body is doing!!! Keep up the good work!

Sounds like everyone has the same ideas as I do! It's easy to fall off track without the motivation! My husband runs all the time and works out so hard - he is so determined' but for me I feel like I have to work 100x harder and not be persuaded by his loose diet plan when we go out to eat and drink! Uhhh
