I just started in the community. I need to lose a significant amount of lbs I think cutting sugar and tracking will help.

You can add me. 3 years ago I lost 50+ lbs and felt great...sadly I have added 40 back on. I am unhappy but have that motivation again. Back on MFP as tracking really helps me. I have lost 6 lbs this week by removing most sugar from my diet. My goal is to drop 70-80 and keep it off.

I am looking to lose 70-80 lbs. I have lost 6 lbs so far this week by cutting out most sugar and adding tons of veggies. When I cook I plan my meals/lunches. When I am too busy I don't cook and I eat way too much.

Turning 50 in 2 weeks and I would like to lose 75 pounds in the next year to 18 months. Trying to focus
