I take my hat off to you, looks like you've got this!!!! Fair play lady, sounds like you got rid of a heap of useless weight by ditching the ex :#

My cheat meal is pizza, and it's only a cheat because I don't have to cook it, it's the only thing hubby cooks!! We used to have a huge one each, 1800 calories, now I have 1/3 with homemade coleslaw.

To get through the summer holidays without hearing I'm bored!! I've been dragging my kids out for walks which they aren't used to and I'm still going strong and they are flagging after 4 miles.. They're little faces are amazed and horrified that I find it fun..

A day off from all chores... Ooh I'd love that.. Or tidy and try on everything in your wardrobe. Xx

140lbs!! Hun that's amazing, an entire person.. Now I'd have to crack on and lose another person!! Sounds like she's jealous, if you can't be happy for your kids then I'm sure she's not much of a mother.. Life's too short to be unhappy. Good luck to you, sounds like hubby has her figured out :#

How about buying yourself a frozen ready meal and some frozen veggies that you can microwave in a single serving, tell you will cook your own?
-
What can you honestly do?? Draw a line in the sand and move on, it's all any of us can do. We're all ( mostly) guilty of having a blow out, it's not the falling down, it's how you get up. Xx good luck xx
-
Totally relating to you Hun!! Let's just keep going and see where we end up xx

I've just slipped under 250lbs too. I can't quite believe it. Good luck X

Surely it's not the type of foods that's the issue here guys and gals, but being tempted by the leftovers. I cook separately and earlier for my children as they tell me they are ravenous when they come home from school, therefore the oven goes on at 4.20pm religiously. They eat what they enjoy, nothing fried, and they eat…

5'11" here ladies.. Sw 280lbs Cw 249. Would like to get to 214 as I'd drop into the overweight category. My tummy is shrinking but I don't look any different to me. I still wear U.K. Size 20/22 although they fit nicer. Nobody has noticed and I don't think they will for another 20lbs. Finding the journey long and slow but I…

I log everything except condiments, don't really know why, but very rarely have them and most days I have calories left.

You should really go to your GP.. My hubby suffered for years with reflux then I watched the news and saw a man who had suffered with cancer of the oesophagus which scared us. Turned out hubby has a tiny hernia so now has a single tablet every morning and now he's ok. He couldn't drink o/j or eat spag Bol, he struggled…

Oh Hun, I can't imagine your heartache, but you really need to think about what you are doing to yourself. Fake it until you make it is the best advise that I can offer! I have a 12 year old daughter and I'm trying to instill healthy eating into her. Let your daughter be your support system, tell her to challenge you. She…

I can totally relate to this!! I started 33 weeks ago and I've lost 30 - 32 lbs, the scales vary daily. As long as it's moving in the right direction then we are doing great. It was so much easier when I was 18. Let's keep going and see where we end up. Isn't it exciting ;)

Hi, I started at 280lbs currently 249lbs. I've only just started to noticed that my tummy is shrinking and that the fat that hangs over my hips is receding, although I am currently lop sided, my left side still needs to catch up. I haven't necessarily lost a clothes size, just pulled my belt in tighter, my tops hang nicer…

We went to Lego land yesterday, so food was everywhere. Before we left I made some ham sandwiches and calculated the calories of my entire day before setting off. I had space for 3 fresh mini doughnuts from a stall, they were divine. I did find myself looking at strangers almost in disgust ( tried not to be to judgemental)…

Concentrate on getting yourself well, you sound determined enough to lose the weight that you will be straight back to healthy eating when your back on your feet. Be kind to yourself. X

A fried egg and fried mushroom sandwich. ( well, fried in one cal spray oil) yummy though x

I totally get this, keeping junk food out of the house is pointless, there's always something fair game!! Custard powder, dry hot choc jam on a spoon, I just try to tune out now. We used to go through 8 packets of walkers crisps each in an evening or I'd start on the children's cereals, then I worked out how much it was…

This for sure!! Never in the fridge or it's not so enjoyable, sucked not munched :)

I don't have cheat days but for instance last night a bag of butterkist popcorn was asking to be eaten, so I obliged. I thoroughly enjoyed it, 10 minutes later regretted it, but back on the wagon this morning. Sometimes I go over my calories, some days I'm under, but nothing like I used to eat. My mind set now is…

Hi, I failed miserably yesterday!! I was good all day, I even weighed out the slice of my little lads birthday cake, then once the kids had gone to bed I ate an entire bag of butterkist popcorn.. I've woke up this morning feeling like I used to, lethargically racking my brains what did I eat last night, it's a horrible…

I've always assumed this is the reason that I cant swim underwater, my bum always floats to the top and my fingers and toes are almost touching the bottom of the pool. LOL x

Holy crap you look amazing!!

My dressing gown feels longer against the back of my legs. XX

Hi, I use a one calorie per spritz spray oil by fry light. You can get sunflower oil or olive oil, I'm not sure if it's just available in the UK though..
-
Would love to know how many people have walked straight past you who haven't seen you in a while?? LOL. Well done seems lame but you rock!!

I've just calculated my BMI. I've gone from 39 to 34.7 and I'm chuffed that I've done something for me, although a long journey ahead. Best wishes all X
