When EVERYONE notices when I lose 10 pounds, I get thinking how everyone must also have noticed when I gained those 10 pounds.
-
I am 165 cm, so around 5'5? Perfectly fine, I wouldn't change it if I could.
-
Thank you for the suggestions and the explanations!

Why do so many of these last entries have a Woo?

What?

Thank you for the info. I do not have a calorie counter for walking. I am looking for one.
-
Is map my walk (App) accurate?
-
This seems rather low (like 160 kcal for one hour of walking) and it doesn't take speed into account? Surely you burn more calories when walking faster?

They taste good to me when prepared correctly. Unfortunately I can't digest them and feel bloated and nauseous a few hours after eating them.

Eating is my coping mechanism when I am stressed or anxious. I am very anxious right now. I don't know if I can ride out the urge to binge :(

Since my weight gain my period was gone - I have PCOS. I started dieting and losing weight and it is BACK! I am actually HAPPY about that :)!

Yeah sure... maybe she does. But usually people that think "most of those people are thieves" and that they should "get a job" and are afraid "of them attacking you" don't have a lot of empathy for "these kinds of people".

My can of beans says the calories are for 100g drained. I thought it was always the case.

Ahah what makes me laugh is you saying above you are very charitable. Not criticizing your way of thinking, I don't give money to beggars either, but I don't kid myself thinking I am charitable.

Yes, I bought a smaller model because I am only cooking for myself and I don't like re-heating food, specially fried food (bye, bye crispiness). I hope that I will be able to use it on frozen bread (until now I felt guilty heating the whole oven for a bun, so I baked several, then ate several). So many ideas!!

That chicken looks so tasty  I have to try fries on mine, see if they are as golden.

So I got my air fryer and tested it on chicken breasts and rissois (portuguese fish croquettes). First, it does not fry the same as a deep fryer. The chicken breasts, seasoned as when I cook them in the oven, were ready in 15 minutes, had a nice color and where juicy and tasty, a bit as a pan fried chicken breast. The…

Are you restricting carbs (including sugar)? Head aches are a possible side-effect of a low carb diet, they tend to go away after a few days. Also make sure you are drinking enough liquids. edit: I just read you cut your soda intake. I had awful headaches when I stopped drinking coke zero (I was drinking 2 liters a day). I…

In my opinion there is a spiral... you feel crappy, so you eat crappy, so you feel crappier so you eat crappier. Then you get fat(ter) and feel worse and you pretend you just don't care, so you don't take care of yourself and just keep feeling worse and worse. At some point you don't even recognize yourself anymore... (I…

Yes you can have an ED at any weight, but being overweight may explain why doctors are dismissing you when you say you are not eating. Do you have photos of you being morbidly obese? Maybe if you show them how much weight you have lost and say you are afraid you will continue losing indefinitely they will take you…

It doesn't matter what you eat for fat loss... what matters is calorie deficit. However what you eat can have an influence on your weight on the short term, so if this week you have eaten food that has more salt, or alcohol or anything that causes your body to retain more water, it may have masked your weight loss. Also,…
