I think the first time I posted here I was worrying about "starvation mode" after 2 weeks of crash dieting. I am pretty happy people corrected my misconceptions... I don't know and frankly don't really care if any of them were rude. I am just happy I was given correct information.

I used to have the charge (1). Now I have the versa - pretty, water proof and you can get notifications for calls, sms etc. You can also pair it with the iPhone and its GPS during runs/walks. I am very happy with it.

Chocolate. I have chocolate almost every day. I live in Switzerland... the chocolate is good. Edit: I just checked my diary: I had chocolate 22 out of 31 days in July... I might have a slight problem... :o

6 lbs can make a difference if you weigh around 120 lbs. If it comes off the right places...

Avocado and salmon. Compared to other vegetables and fish those are high calorie.

I think 60 kg for 170 cm is healthy, so go for it if you want. 67 kg is healthy as well. But you lost a LOT of weight and people are used to seeing you heavier and now you seem very thin in comparison. They have trouble imagining you even thinner and are probably worried for you. I would go on losing the weight slowly...…

I was hungry at 1200 kcal and am doing great at 1350 kcal. It doesn't make that much of a difference for weight loss but feels like a huge difference
