So after thinking I might need another month to hit my June goal of 57kg, turns out I only needed to wait a week. Resetting my goal to my original July goal of 56kg!

I am a little disappointed that I didn’t lose more this week. It has really slowed down, but at least it is still going down. Slowly but surely inching towards the 130s! I did my first week of exercise 5 days this week and started taking a multivitamin. I've also been focusing more on drinking enough water throughout the day. Feeling really good!

Happy Sunday, everyone!
Small gain in the average this week, midweek my weight spiked a bit, but it was just water, which made its way away. Saw a new daily low yesterday of 202.6, so I am happy with that. That's how I roll, up and down, as long as the longer term trend keeps going down, it's OK.
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
Goal: 180 in however long it takes.
Weekly averages:
June 24th to July 1st: 203.1
July 2nd to July 8th: 203.5
Loss for July: 0.4 gain
MFP Loss: 29.5 bs.
Total cumulative loss since mid 2015: 39.5 lbs.
