    It's so hard to maintain. I am trying to get back on track again so my clothes fit properly. It sneaks up on me and then it's arggggh. Here we go again!!

    Now all you have to do is post your stats. Starting weight is a good one. Challenge starting weight, too. If you have goals, feel free to share. Then post your SUCCESSES. This just assumes success. Maybe not as fast as desired, but we all should be able to succeed. Good luck!
