    I am so close to my goal - this should be the month that I get there! Less than 2 lbs before I am in the range I would like to maintain in (although, at this point I am losing so slowly, that last couple of pounds still seems like a challenge!)

    We celebrated Canada Day and the Fourth. A little too rich food, a little too alcohol, a little too indulgent/over calories. At least I tracked them, and I held steady. Now on to the real work of July.
