    I'm not sure how I want to handle these challenges. Going by the month, the weigh day changes with each month, and that's fine. It would also be fine to keep the same weigh days and call a "month" something that is close to the calendar month. Some good news is I think I will hit my ultimate goal really soon and won't be needing to continue the weight loss challenges I am currently participating in!

    I find it great to watch the fluctuations. Well, not when they are UP. When they come back down, it's a reminder that yes, there ARE fluctuations, and that slow downward trend is for real.

    This month will be a tough one IF my weight is still down tomorrow; end of June is my lowest weight ever and my lowest trend weight ever. I'm in my goal RANGE, so if I was a gambling person, I'd bet ten bucks my weight is higher tomorrow. I'll check in with July 1 weight tomorrow.... But I'll go ahead and start:

    Original starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    July starting weight - Will determine tomorrow.... June ending weight is 147.4
    July goal - 145.5
    Ultimate goal - 145.0 (range between 145-150)

    Total loss for July : 0.0 pounds. I was down 3.6 pounds in June and 3.4 pounds in May.
