i am in! and just starting. i followed for a few months over a year because i have gluten issues. i loved it. but we had some family health issues which lead to a couple close family members passing away. im ready to do this for good.1 -

Total loss for July : 0.0 pounds. Or is it 1.2 pound gain? I guess it depends when the starting point is. I was down 3.6 pounds in June and 3.4 pounds in May. But I was up 2.0 pounds between May 31 and June 1. So I think I'm over-reporting my losses.
River trip coming up, so who knows what will happen. I will be VERY active, and I will also be eating at will.
