Has anyone heard from @SamanthaLouiseMence ? She hasn't posted since starting this thread. I am concerned about her. I sent her a message, haven't heard back. I hope she is OK.

I knew at the beginning of the month that I probably wouldn't make my goal, but I didn't expect to lose nothing. I'll take the fact that I didn't gain any this month as a win and start over next month.5 -

Made it to the lower end of my goal range this month Now I am going to move into maintenance and am looking forward to the next phase of this journey. Also looking forward to having a few more calories to work with as I leave for my holiday next week (going to Japan!! to see my daughter who has been living there for the last year). I have been so thankful for these challenges. They have been so helpful keeping me motivated. Will definitely look into joining a maintenance challenge when I get back from holidays.7 -

I attained my weight loss goal this month when I hit 144.8 and ultimately 144.2. As such, I moved from weight loss to weight maintenance and recomposition to metabolize a little more fat and build a little more lean mass.
I expect that this will be the last monthly weight loss challenge I participate in. I am going to start doing monthly MAINTENANCE challenges, like this one.
